Spicy Beef Noodle Soup

Discovering Asian Flavours in stir fry
A steaming bowl of rice noodles in spicy stock with beef and vegetables, this noodle soup is cheap, easy to make, healthy and comforting.

Serves 2
250g frying steak thinly sliced
1” piece of fresh ginger sliced
1 sliced red onion
200g Pak Choi
120g of dried rice noodles
150g bean sprouts boiled
Third of a jar Thai Sweet Chilli
1 make a pint of beef stock
1 small bunch fresh coriander
1. Cut steak into strips & flour
2. Heat the wok hot
3. Add steak into wok
4. Dry fry until cooked
5. Add ginger, onion, pak choi
6. Stir fry until cooked
7. Add the cooked rice noodles
8. Add sweet chilli sauce, stir
9. Serve into noodle bowls
10. Add stock, bean sprouts & coriander
