Mushroom, Quorn And Kale Stir-Fry

Discovering Asian Flavours in stir fry
A delicious stir fry with Quorn, mushrooms, kale and sweet chilli sauce sprinkled with tangy goat cheese and walnuts.
Doubles as a dip…
Serves 2
250g Quorn chunks
2 tbs sesame oil
2 crushed garlic cloves
2 handfuls shredded kale
250g pack of mushrooms
2 nests of dried egg noodles (boiled)
Third of a jar Thai Sweet Chilli
1 tbsp walnut pieces
1 tbsp crumbled goats cheese
1. Quorn chunks & flour
2. Heat the wok hot
3. Add Quorn & oil into wok
4. Stir fry until cooked
5. Add the mushrooms & kale
6. Stir fry until cooked
7. Add the egg noodles
8. Add sweet chilli sauce
9. Stir through and serve
10. Sprinkle over cheese & walnuts
