Sweet Chilli Chicken Stir-Fry

Full of flavour with tender chicken, mange tout and Thai sweet chilli sauce; the fruity jalapeño peppers are well balanced with freshly squeezed lime juice.

Serves 2
250g chicken sliced into thin strips
2 tbs sesame oil
2 crushed garlic cloves
1 pack of stir fry vegetables
1 small bunch of coriander
2 nests of dried egg noodles (boiled)
Third of a jar Thai Sweet Chilli
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp cornflour
1. Cut chicken into thin strips
2. Heat the wok hot
3. Add chicken & oil into wok
4. Stir fry until cooked
5. Add the veggies
6. Stir fry until cooked
7. Add the egg noodles
8. Add Thai sweet chilli
9. Blend soy & cornflour
10. Stir through and Serve
