Sweet And Sour Pork Stir Fry

Chinese-style sweet and sour chicken; stir-fried sweet peppers, carrots and tingling pineapple sweet chilli – it’s like takeaway at home!
Doubles as a dip…
Serves 2
350g pork fillet thinly sliced
1 tbsp groundnut or veg oil
2 cloves garlic chopped
2 one red & green bell pepper
2 carrots into round slices
250g retail fresh egg noodles
Third of a jar pineapple sweet chilli
1 tbsp tomato ketchup
1 tbsp cornflour & water
1. Slice pork into strips
2. Heat wok hot
3. Add pork strips into wok
4. Fry until cooked
5. Add garlic & veggies
6. Stir fry until cooked
7. Add noodles & pineapple chilli
8. Mix ketchup, cornflour, water
9. Add mix to wok and stir
10. Serve on plates
