Prawn And Pineapple Chilli Stir Fry

Sweet and Spicy Prawn Stir Fry; with pineapple chilli sauce, red peppers and juicy pieces of pineapple.
Doubles as a dip…
Serves 2
250g king prawns
1 tbs oil & knob of butter
1 red pepper
230g tin pineapple chunks drained
3 spring onions sliced
1 pk of cooked rice noodles
Third of a jar pineapple chilli
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp cornflour
1. Slice up red pepper
2. Heat the wok hot
3. Add oil / peppers in wok
4. Stir fry until cooked
5. Add cooked rice noodles
6. Stir fry until heated
7. Add prawns & pineapple
8. Add pineapple chilli sauce
9. Blend soy & cornflour
10. Stir through and Serve
