Pork And Pineapple Chilli Stir Fry

Tender pork loin and juicy sweet pineapple work so well together; this flavourful stir-fry is an easy, healthy dinner.

Serves 2
350g pork fillet sliced thinly
1 tbsp sesame oil
2 cloves garlic chopped
350g mixed stir-fry veggies
250g retail fresh egg noodles
Third of a jar Pineapple Sweet Chilli
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp cornflour
1 tsp Chinese five spice
1. Slice pork into strips
2. Heat wok hot
3. Add pork strips into wok
4. Fry until cooked
5. Add mixed veggies
6. Stir fry until cooked
7. Add noodles and stir
8. Mix soy, cornflour, five spice
9. Add mix to wok and stir
10. Serve into noodle bowls
