Quorn And Mango Curry

Tender Quorn and sweet red onions in a korma sauce with deliciously creamy coconut and Mango Sweet Chilli.
Doubles as a dip…
Serves 2
250g Quorn chunks
1 tbsp sesame oil
2 sliced red onions
1” piece of fresh ginger sliced
2 tbsps Korma Paste
400ml can coconut milk
1 tbsp cornflour
Third of a jar Mango Sweet Chilli
1 small bunch of coriander
1. Open Quorn packet
2. Heat saucepan hot
3. Add oil & Quorn into pan
4. Fry only a few seconds
5. Add onion, ginger & korma
6. Stir fry until cooked
7. Add coconut milk & cornflour
8. Chop & add coriander stalks
9. Add mango sweet chilli & stir
10. Serve & garnish coriander leaf
