Spring Rolls With Asian Plum Sauce

Crispy spring rolls; a flavour-packed Friday night snack with an aromatic dip made by mixing hoisin sauce with Asian plum sweet chilli.

1 pk Crispy Duck Spring Rolls
1 pk Vegetable Spring Rolls
1 bunch of spring onions sliced
2 carrots cut into batons
2 sticks celery cut in batons
1 bag mixed salad
Splash of Hoisin sauce
Splash of Soy sauce
Half jar Asian plum sweet chilli
1. Open spring rolls
2. Place on baking tray
3. Bake 12 min 200c/ 180c fan
4. Remove from oven
5. Make two separate dips pots
6. A splash of soy into plum sauce
7. A splash of hoisin into plum sauce
8. Lay veggies out on platter
9. Serve hot spring rolls and dips
