Crispy Duck And Plum Wraps

Crispy duck wraps; an easy Chinese classic with cucumber, spring onion and a dollop of Asian plum sweet chilli. Use soft tortilla wraps.
Doubles as a dip…
Serves 2
2 Duck Breasts
1 tbsp groundnut or veg oil
Bunch of sliced spring onions
1 Long sliced cucumber
Hoisin sauce
Flour tortilla wraps
Half jar Asian plum sweet chilli
Dash of soy sauce
1 small bunch of coriander
1. Pat duck breasts dry
2. Fry breasts to seal them
3. Place on baking tray skin down
4. Roast 18 min 200c/ 180c fan
5. Once cooked, rest 10 mins
6. Slice breast thinly
7. Add dash of soy to plum sauce
8. Mix plum & hoisin
9. Add sauce and duck to wrap
10. Add onion, cucumber & coriander & roll up
