Sesame Tofu And Apple Sweet Chilli Sauce

Discovering Asian Flavours in stir fry
It packs a punch and simple to make; crispy sesame coated tofu and vegetables are fried then tossed in apple sweet chilli and rich soy sauce.
Doubles as a dip…
Serves 2
250g Tofu cubed
1 tbsp sesame seeds
2 tbsp sesame oil
2 crushed garlic cloves
1” ginger thin sliced
300g green beans, carrots, baby corn
2 portions cooked basmati rice
Third of a jar Apple Sweet Chilli
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp cornflour
1. Cut tofu into chunks
2. Roll tofu in sesame seeds
3. Heat the wok hot
4. Add tofu & oil into wok
5. Stir fry until cooked
6. Add garlic, ginger, veggies
7. Stir fry until cooked
8. Add apple sweet chilli
9. Blend soy & cornflour
10. Stir through & serve with rice
