Burma is one of the places in this world that still seems magical.

The incredible scenery is magnificent, 1900 miles of coastline and two thousand pagodas in Bagan. I love the chaos of Mandalay and calm of cities like Taunggyi, visiting food markets takes me into inspiration zone for Bala Chang. - discovering produce I’ve never seen before and the freshness of tropical fruits.

Yangon is my favourite city with such atmosphere!, so many old colonial buildings, it’s endless markets and of course the famous historic downtown where street stalls serve up Burmese Streetfood.

The people’s passion for food in this country is unlike any place I’ve ever known and always inspires me every time I go. Truth is the vibrant fresh flavours heavily influenced our range of Sweet Chilli Sauces.

Your mouth will definitely start watering when it’s cooking, I’m pleased how great these little hot dogs turned out.

The Apple Sweet Chilli glazed amazingly with sausages. Not only is this spicy sweet combo addictive, it gives the sausages an attractive sticky glaze too.
