HOISIN PORK AND ASIAN GREENS STIR FRY
 
Sticky hoisin & sweet pineapple chilli works brilliantly with tender pork, pak choi & mange-tout.

Serves 2
350g pork fillet thinly sliced
1 tbsp groundnut/ veg oil
1” ginger cut in matchsticks
2 spring onions sliced
350g pak choi & mange-tout
250g retail fresh egg noodles
Third of a jar pineapple sweet chilli
2 tbsp hoisin sauce
1 tbsp cornflour
 
1. Slice pork into strips
2. Heat wok hot
3. Add pork strips into wok
4. Fry until cooked
5. Add ginger & veggies
6. Stir fry until cooked
7. Add noodles & pineapple chilli
8. Mix hoisin & cornflour
9. Add mix to wok and stir
10. Serve on plates
