DUCK AND PLUM STIR FRY WITH CASHEWS

Duck and plum is a Chinese classic; tasty duck, crunchy cashews and veggies in a rich Oriental Asian Plum Sweet Chilli Sauce with noodles.
 
 
 
 
 
Doubles as a dip…
Serves 2
1 pk 250g duck breasts into strips
1 tbsp sesame oil
1 handful cashew nuts
300g bag stir fry veg
2 spring onions sliced
250g retail fresh egg noodles
Third of a jar plum sweet chilli
1 tbsp hoisin sauce
1 tbsp cornflour & water
 
1. Slice duck into thin strips
2. Heat wok hot
3. Add duck strips into wok
4. Fry until cooked
5. Add nuts & veggies
6. Stir fry until cooked
7. Add noodles & plum sauce
8. Mix hoisin, cornflour, water
9. Add mix to wok and stir
10. Serve on plates
